Refund Policy

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain pet accessories (such as collars or worn items) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
